2.2 Account Creation

When you create an Account with glo4d, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Verification Requirements

glo4d reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or payment screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We implement these measures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and to comply with regulatory requirements.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

glo4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI. Deposit terms include:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Maximum deposit amount: Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction, subject to banking limits
• Deposits are typically credited instantly upon confirmation from your financial institution
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name
• glo4d reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit without providing a reason
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as required by law

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your name matching your verified glo4d Account
• Processing time: typically 1-24 hours for standard withdrawals, subject to verification requirements
• glo4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5)
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if suspicious activity is detected

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts that deposit and immediately attempt withdrawal without placing bets may be flagged for review and subject to enhanced verification procedures. glo4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities investigating money laundering and financial crimes.

4. Betting Rules and Conduct

4.1 Placing Bets

When placing bets on glo4d, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your betting selections before confirmation
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to obvious errors may be voided at glo4d's discretion
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout amounts apply and vary by sport, market, and game
• Live in-play betting is subject to delay for market adjustment
• glo4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason

4.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting including football (bandar bola), the following provisions apply:

• All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically void unless otherwise stated in specific market rules
• Settlement of mix parlay (accumulator) bets requires all selections to win; one void selection reduces the parlay accordingly
• Asian handicap and Over/Under markets are settled based on full-time results including injury time, unless specified otherwise
• glo4d's decision on bet settlement is final

4.3 Casino and Slot Games

For casino games, live dealer games, and slot machines:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term theoretical returns
• Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP due to normal variance
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round
• Live casino games are recorded and can be reviewed in case of disputes

4.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, bet voidance, and fund confiscation:

• Using bots, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent means
• Deliberately placing bets after the outcome is already known (late betting)
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent limits or exploit promotions
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Any form of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Minimum odds restrictions for sports betting bonuses
• Game contribution percentages toward wagering requirements (slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less)
• Time limits within which wagering requirements must be completed

5.2 Bonus Abuse

glo4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or any other attempt to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended spirit. Suspected bonus abuse will be investigated, and appropriate action taken at glo4d's sole discretion.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

glo4d strives to maintain continuous Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Internet connectivity problems on the User's end
• Banking delays or failures from third-party payment processors
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, war, or government actions

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. glo4d does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, glo4d disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.3 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall glo4d, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time of the claim.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

10.2 Termination by glo4d

glo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
